Kultur.Konvoi
What started as an initiative by the band Sportfreunde Stiller, is now a growing network of artist and people who want to move something. The idea behind it was simple: gather people from the cultural sector who take up a stance — and act together for a free Europe. Founded by Rüdiger Linhof, bassist of Sportfreunde Stiller. Kultur.Konvoi developed into a stable roof: for VoiceOn, the SurfCamps and a lot more to come. We are continuously driven by the same principle — God gave Rock’n’Roll to us. We give it back.
We are a team of people, who truly believe that culture changes the world — and give proof of it every day. Here, stage experience meets organisational talent, expertise and creative drive. We work hard, laugh a lot and don’t take ourselves too seriously. But what we to take very seriously are the things we do. Join us, the more we are the louder we become.

The Kultur.Konvoi team spirit thrives on trust, volunteerism and the conviction that impact is possible. Different skills meet attitude, openness and humor. Despite all the seriousness, working together creates joy, energy and courage. Purpose and professionalism are not mutually exclusive – they reinforce each other.
Carmen Höfflin
Co-Founder
Carmen Höfflin is a former German Bundesliga player and is currently active as a TV-expert and co-commentator, among other things for DAZN. With great passion she incorporates her experience as a pro athlete into her present endeavours and intertwines her athletic experience with social advocacy. Since 2024 she is a driving force at Kultur.Konvoi. As a co-initiator of the initiative VoiceOn she actively fashions new spaces for exchange, diverse perspectives and social dialogue. At Kultur.Konvoi her duties notably include the project management of the Mental Health Camps as well as the developing and maintaining of strategic partnerships — in sports and beyond. In addition to that Carmen is active as a moderator for the VoiceOn campaign and accompanies them in stadiums, at festivals and events.
Isabel Brugger
Co-Founder
Isabel Brugger is a media and communication expert and has been active in a wide range of areas for many years. Her professional path has led her from working with large corporations and small local initiatives to extensive international projects — in the arts as well as in the industrial sector. Front and center to her work is the aspiration to generate positive impact and with that to tread new, unconventional paths. This attitude coins her professional self-conception as much as her investment in projects of social relevance. And for this she has found a matching field of action at Kultur.Konvoi, where she plays a key role in the back-office operations and accounts for organisational processes. Beyond this she campaigns in the areas of the VoiceOn projects as well as communication and marketing. Joining forces with Carmen and Rüdiger she actively co-creates the work of Kultur.Konvoi and contributes to the implementation of creative and powerful projects.
